≥ 18 years

	flucloxacillin oral 500 mg 4 times daily 10 days	Mild
	flucloxacillin IV 6 g/24 h 10 days or flucloxacillin IV 1000 mg 6 times daily 10 days	Severe If on continuous infusion: give a 1 gram flucloxacillin bolus first.

≥ 18 years

Contraindications: Allergy to penicillins*
