Brucellosis is a notifiable disease, group C: report within one working day after confirmation of the disease

For neurobrucellosis: regimen without aminoglycosides and in consultation with an infectious diseases physician or clinical microbiologist

For endocarditis: regimen with 3 agents and in consultation with an infectious diseases physician or clinical microbiologist
