amoxicillin + clavulanic acid IV 1000/200 mg 4 times daily 7 to 14 days

or

amoxicillin + clavulanic acid oral 875/125 mg 3 times daily 7 to 14 days

optionally with amikacin 20 mg/kg once daily IV in case of sepsis
≥ 18 years

Indications: Allergy to penicillins*

cefuroxime IV 1500 mg 3 times daily 7 to 14 days
